LionSteel knives are produced with demanding customers in mind. The knives are finished in high quality. Still the prices are affordable. All the parts have a good fit, no gaps between the wooden handle parts and the titanium bolsters and the liners. The spring is firm, but not so firm that you can't open the knife. When you open or close it, it springs into place with a satisfying clank. The knife comes fully sharpened and there is no need to sharpen it before use. The steel is very high quality, stainless and corrosion resistant (M390 steel). When you compare it with for example Victorinox pocket knives, the LionSteel knives will stay sharp much longer (up to 10 times longer, people tested it). I checked the knife for sharp points/edges when closed, but found none, so it won't cut through your trouser pocket when you put it in your pocket. It is not the lightest knife, so for everyday carry you might want to choose a lighter knife. Anyway, I am very happy with this knife.
